Job Description:

The town of Carver seeks candidates for the position of a full-time Information Technology Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Providing end user support
Customer service assistance to town staff
Troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, associated software
Performing user administration
Effectively manage technology inventory, installation, repair, maintenance, updates/upgrades, IT budget and procurement

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of IT experience
Understanding infrastructure and support
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, with knowledge of its applications, including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID/Azure AD
Experience with virtualization technologies
Strong background in configuring and managing firewalls preferred
Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management platforms
