As an Information Technology Manager, EMEA, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing service delivery, system health, operational performance, and project execution within your department. You will guide a professional team, ensuring they are motivated, equipped, and aligned with organizational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, you will act as a trusted business relationship manager—translating business needs into actionable plans, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. You will be responsible for strategic planning, budget administration, and the implementation of standards and procedures that support efficient system and project performance. Your work will directly influence operational excellence, resource allocation, departmental planning, and the success of initiatives that support Arrow’s broader technology and business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Managing professional employees, overseeing day-to-day performance, team operations, and service delivery standards
Leading all aspects of staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, salary administration, career development, coaching, and team motivation
Defining team operating standards and ensuring adherence to essential procedures based on deep knowledge of your discipline
Driving functional goals related to system health, service quality, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
Providing technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers to support efficient operations and high-quality service
Conducting systems analysis and design to support diverse projects and requests—covering data analysis, business process evaluation, and hardware/software considerations
Developing program specifications, and project estimates to support accurate planning and successful project delivery
Acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting the direction, definition, and prioritization of business requirements
Ensuring clear communication and alignment between IT teams and business partners
Creating and managing departmental and project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals
Adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource, operational, and business challenges
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar, people-manager role or technical team lead
Proven capability in managing teams, driving operational performance, and overseeing complex technical or business processes
Strong analytical skills with experience in systems analysis, data modelling, and business process evaluation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach to stakeholder management
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt priorities in a dynamic environment
