As an Information Technology Manager, EMEA, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing service delivery, system health, operational performance, and project execution within your department. You will guide a professional team, ensuring they are motivated, equipped, and aligned with organizational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, you will act as a trusted business relationship manager—translating business needs into actionable plans, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. You will be responsible for strategic planning, budget administration, and the implementation of standards and procedures that support efficient system and project performance. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar, people-manager role or technical team lead
  • Proven capability in managing teams, driving operational performance, and overseeing complex technical or business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in systems analysis, data modelling, and business process evaluation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach to stakeholder management
