Our direct client is in need of a hands-on Information Technology Integration Lead within their organization. This is a hands-on, contract role, with the ideal candidate located in the Central US, in close proximity to an airport. Travel is 50% (2-3 days/week) to regional offices throughout the US, via car or airplane. The IT Integration Lead, under the direction of the Director of IT Service Delivery, is responsible for the post-merger integration of technology, support, and business applications. The role entails traveling to new companies acquired and summarizing what their needs are. This Lead will be doing site integrations of hardware, software, service desk, infrastructure.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, an advanced degree or ITIL certification is desirable
10-15 years of experience in Information Technology
Strong experience with Office 365, hardware/software set up, networking, Apple products
Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions and integration acquisitions into a new environment
Comfortable working in a team environment
Strong business acumen, leadership/managerial skills and strong interpersonal skills
Personal and professional integrity, strong communication skills and an excellent professional appearance and presentation
Ability to interact with and effectively present information to employees, management, and customer
Demonstrated ability to document processes
