Job Description

Our client is seeking an Information Technology Administrator to support and maintain a modern Microsoft-based technology environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day IT operations, cloud administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, and technical project participation. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure while partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party technology providers to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and support business systems, hardware, software, cloud services, and enterprise applications
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID user and group management, licensing, and access controls
  • Configure, deploy, and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Support Azure-based services, networking, storage, and cloud resources
  • Monitor system performance and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, identity management, and security monitoring
  • Partner with external technology providers and managed service partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and ongoing operational support activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers
  • Participate in IT infrastructure, security, and business technology projects
  • Gather requirements, support implementation activities, and help ensure successful project delivery
  • Recommend improvements to systems, processes, and technology operations
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT administration, systems support, or infrastructure experience
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management
  • Experience managing devices and policies through Microsoft Intune
  • Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud services
  • Experience working with third-party technology vendors and managed service providers

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104, AZ-900, or MD-102
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL certifications
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives and security best practices
