Information Systems Technician

• Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs & Laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches
• Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop/Canva
• Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and a variety of other programs
• Provide assistance in Window Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 Management
• Work with IT/AV related Software/Hardware. VITEC EZTV Signage Director Software, DMPs and 300+ TVs
• Work with PBA WiFi Networks. 200+ AP Software/Hardware
• Work with Scoreboard/Ribbon Board Daktronics/Analog Way Software/Hardware
• Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed
• Update and maintain Allo VoIP Phone Systems
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, Holidays and weekends, as needed
• Maintain attitude of “do whatever it takes”

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training – or an equivalent combination of education or experience
• Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers
• Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance and Cabling
• Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment and tools used in technical construction and maintenance
• Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility
• Possess an understanding of facility’s electrical, mechanical and other systems
• Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron and others encountered in the course of employment
• Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and other related materials
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
• Meet physical demands of job, which entail climbing, lifting and carrying
• Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
