Under general supervision of the Technology Manager, you will be working in an IT & AV environment like few others. This is a challenging and fast paced Industry where no two days are the same. You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of Concerts/Sporting Events/Misc. Events.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs & Laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches
Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop/Canva
Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and a variety of other programs
Provide assistance in Window Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 Management
Work with IT/AV related Software/Hardware. VITEC EZTV Signage Director Software, DMPs and 300+ TVs
Work with PBA WiFi Networks. 200+ AP Software/Hardware
Work with Scoreboard/Ribbon Board Daktronics/Analog Way Software/Hardware
Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound Software/Hardware, along with AV Managers as needed
Update and maintain Allo VoIP Phone Systems
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, Holidays and weekends, as needed
Maintain attitude of “do whatever it takes”
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training – or an equivalent combination of education or experience
Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers
Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance and Cabling
Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment and tools used in technical construction and maintenance
Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility
Possess an understanding of facility’s electrical, mechanical and other systems
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron and others encountered in the course of employment
Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and other related materials
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
Meet physical demands of job, which entail climbing, lifting and carrying
Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
