Job Description:

Global-e’s IT Department is looking to add a skilled Information Systems Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a specialist with deep expertise in administering a variety of SaaS applications, with a strong emphasis on Zendesk and the Atlassian suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our core service platforms. This role requires a mix of high-level technical proficiency, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the global platforms that power our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the administration, configuration and optimization of our SaaS stack, focusing on Zendesk and Atlassian (Monday.com, HubSpot, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Design and implement automated workflows, triggers, and API-based integrations to ensure seamless data flow and high user adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for platform-specific escalations, providing troubleshooting and high-tier technical solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions for internal teams at all levels
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and external vendors to align platform capabilities with global business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrator for enterprise SaaS platforms – Must
  • Proven experience with Zendesk and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) – Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with additional applications such as Monday.com, HubSpot, DocuSign, or Salesforce – Advantage
  • Proficiency with API integrations and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, n8n)
  • or familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, etc.
  • Proven ability to design new processes, manage multifaceted projects, and lead user adoption in an international environment
  • Resourceful, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
