Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Tech Lead Analyst to provide support for franchise critical Global Authentication infrastructure, support operations related work and initiatives, resolve production problems and defects, and ensure operation safety and soundness of infrastructure while working with security authentication products including Siteminder, LDAP, Unbound, PING Federation, and PING Access.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for franchise critical Global Authentication infrastructure
Support operations related work and initiatives, continuity of business testing, maintenance of documentation and inventories, infrastructure projects, security assessments and integration of infrastructure and tools under Citi's global operational model
Resolve production problems and defects, provide on-call support, conduct risk control self-assessment tests and exercises, perform governance of risk and compliance key controls, perform root cause analysis of issues, and implement solutions or enhancements to improve the business application experience
Responsible for operation safety and soundness of infrastructure
Review Service Now Issue ticket details, solve issues based on business requirements, and ensure Citi standards are followed
Work on security authentication products including Siteminder, LDAP, Unbound, PING Federation, and PING Access
Support initiatives driven by Citi senior management and work with various key stakeholders including Engineering, Business, and Vendors to achieve business goals

Requirements:

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Two years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation working with authentication protocols and technologies
Two years of experience assessing vulnerabilities and providing support for integrated applications with an understanding of the different types of information security threats and attack patterns
Two years of experience reporting information security vulnerabilities to technical and non-technical audiences as well as business stakeholders and articulating the associated security risks
Two years of experience working with information technology including computer networking protocols, cybersecurity, firewalls, network security, information assurance, Linux, UNIX, application security, security engineering, and security architecture
Two years of experience preparing and communicating information security policy, procedures, standards, or concepts to stakeholders
Two years of experience validating compliance with IS policies, practices, and procedures, and resolving a variety of IS related issues
Two years of experience serving in the capacity of a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members
