Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional the Information Security team of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors. As a key team member, you will play a fundamental role in supporting and enhancing Information Security (IS) processes, with a particular focus on Banking aspects. Your contributions will directly impact the company's security posture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performance Monitoring: Track IS targets, Group KPIs, and assess the results of both Group and Local IS initiatives
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in defining Local IS initiatives and policies aimed at enhancing the Company's Security Posture for employees, Financial Advisors, and IT assets
  • Project Coordination: Lead the local implementation of specific IS projects and initiatives
  • Reporting: Develop and present documentation for local Top Management and Group IS Function for steering purposes
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with internal control functions (e.g., Audit, Risk Management) and other key stakeholders
  • Project Evaluation: Assess and evaluate business projects from an IS perspective, including AI projects evaluation
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal IT teams (e.g., Architecture, Software Development) and external IT providers (outsourcers and service providers/integrators) to address IS topics
  • Threat Management: Monitor and assess Cyber Threats and define proper countermeasures
  • Third Party Cyber Risk Management: Assess the security profile of vendors and external service providers to ensure compliance with company security requirements, in line with DORA requirements
  • Information Security Incident: incident management and coordination of related activities
  • Collaboration with Protection & Resilience for DORA related topic belonging to Information Security related activities

Requirements:

  • degree-level education: Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent
  • 3 + experience in Information Security and Cyber Security in international groups or major consulting firms (specific experience in Banking industry)
  • knowledge of Information Security Governance, IT risk management, Resilience and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, DORA) and audit procedures
  • technical knowledge on security technologies (like endpoint protection, WAF etc.)
  • cyber security capabilities (IS incident management, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, etc.)
  • knowledge of main IS standards and framework (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, etc…)
  • Data Analytics
  • advanced problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • ability to effectively interacts with technical subject matter experts as well as executive level stakeholders
  • fluent written and oral English and Italian language skills
  • knowledge on Identity Governance topics

Nice to have:

  • certifications on Information Security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, CEH, CSX, etc.)
  • experience as project manager and ability to work in security projects
  • experience/knowledge in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management
