Job Description:

At Inter IKEA Systems, the Information Security Specialist – IGA will contribute to the governance of digital identities across IKEA’s global ecosystem, building scalable and secure integrations while supporting a people-centric digital foundation for the IKEA brand.

Job Responsibility:

Take technical ownership of IGA implementation tasks
design and build integrations between SailPoint and other key systems
contribute to architectural design of IGA solutions
configure and maintain policies for identity lifecycle management, access requests, role modeling, and access certifications
collaborate with security architects, application owners, and business stakeholders
document technical configurations and workflows
identify areas for improvement and contribute to agile delivery within the IAM team

Requirements:

Hands-on experience implementing and managing IGA solutions (preferably SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ)
confident building and troubleshooting integrations
understanding the full lifecycle of digital identities, including governance, policy, and audit
experience designing identity architecture components
structured problem-solving in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders
strong communication skills
experience with REST APIs, SCIM, cloud-native tools, and Agile/DevOps practices
