Information Security Specialist

• Content Development & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and refine training modules that address key topics such as information classification, security awareness, and regulatory compliance
• Training Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end process of training delivery, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and post-training evaluation
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and external vendors to ensure training materials meet both internal and external audit requirements
• Security Awareness Campaigns: Assist in the conceptualization and rollout of awareness campaigns, including visual and interactive formats
• Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep of training inventories and documentation repositories

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in coordinating training, instructional design, or awareness initiatives in the field of security
• Familiarity with corporate compliance or information security topics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Creativity in optimizing existing processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
