Entitlement Support QA Team manages the entitlement lifecycle of an application; works on a sprint basis (every 4 weeks) with U.S. Businesses and Technology Teams to analyze, strategize, facilitate, to support the entitlement requirements. and foundation strategy. We implemented a discipline to minimize the risk of unauthorized access and internal threats by providing oversight and guidance, creating robust entitlement security control measures that restrict and manage users access to the Eclipse & Salesforce applications, protecting our customer’s data, driving simplification utilizing CMP auto provisioning to subapps/microservices. We partner with IT groups to create the CMP User Provisioning-Automated products, bringing simplification to the workers is always a key driver; automate as many free-form attributes; simplify microservices provisioning. Entitlement Support QA Team provides a QA service to review Citi Marketplace production application access requests placed by workers through One Approval. This review is conducted after their manager has already approved. The QA Team verifies workers are granted entitlements based on user’s job function within Global Directory, their Peers access, Other Apps, CISO Tools, as well as meets requirements provided by the application Business Role Owner.
Job Responsibility:
Review Mainframe requests from Retail/CBNA Staff members as well as those outside of Retail/CBNA
Review Eclipse USA requests from Retail/CBNA Staff members and those outside of CBNA requesting access to Eclipse USA
Review SalesForce Lightning requests from Retail/CBNA Staff members and those outside of CBNA
Conduct and facilitate functional Business meetings, using zoom, taking good notes, reading them back, distributing minutes and keeping track of follow-ups
Prepared to work release weekends for entitlement checkouts
Ability to run mainframe, Eclipse, SalesForce reports.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in Information Security | Identity & Access Management
Working Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards
Strong Risk Management skills
Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Retail/CBNA Applications knowledge
User Production Support experience
Excel Knowledge
Knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office to support project management activity
Knowledge of Mainframe Security Complexes
Knowledge of EERS Entitlement Review System
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
