As a Security Improvement Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of information security changes across the University. You’ll work closely with various teams to plan projects at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring all security initiatives meet high standards of quality and reliability

Requirements:
Project Expertise: Expertise in managing complex technology or security projects from initial planning through to successful delivery
Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering an inclusive, values-based culture
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse organisation
Operational Management: Experience in planning and coordinating ongoing activities to meet organisational goals
Eseential Qualifications: Project and programme management (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) or equivalent
