Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Engineer to participate in security consulting, track vulnerabilities, review security logs, assist with security solutions design, and provide technical support for security issues.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in security consulting on small projects
Track or remediate vulnerabilities and security issues
Review and correlate security logs
Assist with design, documentation, testing, maintenance of security solutions
Provide technical support for security related issues
Implement information security components
Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers
Interface with experienced technologists
Daily maintenance and troubleshooting
Assistance with OS upgrades, system rebuilds, and onboarding infrastructure
Working in DEVOPS model
Build partnerships with Cyber Security Innovation tools users
Site Reliability Engineering
Review and correlate security logs
Troubleshoot identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services
Configure and optimize data science platform
Work with cross-functional teams
Identify security vulnerabilities and perform risk assessments

Requirements:

2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent
Security certification is a plus
Fluent in scripting or querying languages utilizing SQL/Powershell
Experience in Automation with Selenium, Cucumber and Java
Mongo DB experience on operation and development
Elastic search knowledge
Java, Perl, Python, JavaScript code knowledge
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
2+ years of information security experience or experience with security products/platforms
3+ years of applications and systems experience on Application engineering and Operation and maintenance
3+ years of ITIL Knowledge and work experience with Change Management & Incident response processes
Experience supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support
Handling Major Incidents and informing stakeholders
Linux scripting Development experience
Agile Development experience
Experience in engineering Data Processing Flows, languages and standards
Strong focus on quality and value creation
Effective verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility to be available during US business hours
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
