We are looking for someone who will be contributing and be part of the team that actively implements the agenda for information security and data privacy for IKEA Supply. The main area of focus of this role will be cyber security. As part of the Supply Information Security and Data Privacy (ISDP) team, you will, together with your team co-workers, continuously improve Information Security and Data Privacy strategy and plans for IKEA Supply and IKEA. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans. With your expertise, you will provide a valuable contribution to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark, implementing frameworks, best practices and communities of practice in IKEA Supply.
Job Responsibility:
Assess business impact and risks related to information security
agree and monitor remediation plans
Be the expert in one or more of the fields of information security to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
Be an active member of the IKEA Supply ISDP team, The ISDP Network and IKEA digital community
Support implementation of the Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for information security and business continuity
Be the back up (and in time successor) of our Agile Delivery Lead, focusing on the Agile rituals and supported by Jira
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values
Work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer
Requirements:
Study background in information or cyber security OR relevant experience in this line of work
2-3 years of work experience
Working knowledge of IT and digital organizations, in particular information security and business continuity concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks
Strong capability to communicate and inspire
Passion to drive a risk aware culture
Desire to safeguard the IKEA brand and the integrity of our co-workers
Ability to demonstrate a risk-based approach in line with the IKEA culture & values
Appreciated for integrity, reliability and your way to mobilize people and introduce new ways of working
