Job Description:

We are looking for an Information Security and Data Privacy Manager to transform our digital capabilities by embracing the opportunities from data & technology and integrating them into the business. The role involves leading a team, promoting security awareness, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and collaborate with peers across IKEA to strengthen the brand
Implement the Information Security & Data Privacy program tailored for Range
Build and lead a high-performing team
Promote security awareness
Communicate cyber risks and privacy impacts to business leaders
Foster a culture of information security and privacy by design
Navigate complex environments
Be part of a network of expertise Inter IKEA
Lead efforts toward uniformity and commonality

Requirements:

Master in computer science, Cyber Security or a related technical field
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity or privacy
Experience in agile practices and ways of working
Knowledge related to one or more Information Security frameworks i.e. NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001
Knowledge related to one or more IT frameworks i.e. ISO/IEC 27002, ITIL, COBIT
Knowledge related to one or more IT Risk frameworks i.e. ISO/IEC 27005, NIST 800-37
Knowledge related to one or more Privacy frameworks and standards i.e. GDPR, NIST Privacy Framework, ISO/IEC 27701
Experience from developing and formulating strategies and plans
Good knowledge of the relevant IKEA business processes and strategies
Knowledge of the IKEA franchise system, IKEA vision, and IKEA culture and values
