Job Description:

Information Security and Data Privacy Leader position at IKEA Supply, responsible for developing and leading the agenda for information security and data privacy, contributing to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand through implementing frameworks and best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and lead the agenda for information security and data privacy for IKEA Supply
Continuously improve Information Security and Data Privacy strategy and plans for IKEA Supply and IKEA
Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, nurturing a security-by-design culture
Monitor risks and improvement plans
Contribute to protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark
Develop and implement frameworks, best practices and communities of practice in IKEA Supply
Define and roll-out information security and data privacy approaches and ways of working
Assess business impact and risks related to information security and privacy
Agree and monitor remediation plans
Be the expert in the area of Data Privacy
Work in Digital Security and Risk to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
Act as a 'key account manager' to one of the Capability Areas in IKEA Supply
Act as an ambassador of IKEA values and role model for fact-based business leadership

Requirements:

Strong Information Security and Data Privacy Leader with hands-on experience with governance, risk & compliance
Ability to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives
Pragmatic and adaptable person with strong willpower
Very good knowledge of IT and digital organizations in the context of supply chain businesses
Knowledge of information security, data privacy and business continuity concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
Experience with strategies and working methods in supply chain businesses
Ability to demonstrate a risk-based approach in line with the IKEA culture & values
Collaborative spirit with focus on both technology and people
