Job Description:

Information Security and Data Privacy Expert role in IKEA Supply, responsible for implementing security and privacy agenda, improving strategies, engaging stakeholders, and protecting the IKEA brand through frameworks and best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to implementing information security and data privacy agenda for IKEA Supply
Continuously improve Information Security and Data Privacy strategy and plans
Engage with stakeholders across organization
Nurture security-by-design culture
Monitor risks and improvement plans
Contribute to protection and strengthening of IKEA Brand and trademark
Implement frameworks, best practices and communities of practice
Assess business impact and risks related to information security
Agree and monitor remediation plans
Be expert in information security fields to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
Be active member of IKEA Supply ISDP team and IKEA digital community
Implement Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices
Act as ambassador of IKEA values
Work with peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA to strengthen franchise offer

Requirements:

Strong Information Security and Data Privacy expert with hands-on experience managing security risk
Ability to inspire and mobilize people towards objectives
Pragmatic and adaptable person with strong willpower
Curious with strong communication and inspiration capabilities
Passion to drive a risk aware culture
Good knowledge of IT and digital organizations in supply chain businesses
Knowledge of information security, data privacy and business continuity concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks
Appreciated for integrity, reliability and ability to mobilize people
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or similar certifications highly desirable
