AtkinsRéalis are looking to recruit an Information Manager to join the Data and Information Management team within our Infrastructure division. As part of our growing commitment to the digitization of the built environment, innovation in digital engineering and design, and the rising importance of information and data management in the construction sector, we are looking to find new talent to support our growing Data and Information Management team on some of our largest infrastructure programmes.

Requirements:
Ability to rapidly align to client need, delivery capability and design requirement to develop an Information Management and Digital Strategy
Good understanding of the principles of Information Management functions as outlined in international standards (EN ISO 19650)
Familiar with the Government's BIM Strategy
Experience of implementing and developing BIM within a project environment
Programme level management of multiple work package teams
Advisory and delivery capabilities in developing and enabling a technology stack (CDE and wider) strategy
Ability to design the necessary workflows and processes to ensure adoption of technology across delivery supply chains
Ability to guide, advise and enable project set up support – for example, BEP development and implementation
Ability to work across the broader business to ensure successful discipline integration around Information Management and technology development
Drive and ambition to stay informed of digital tools developments

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter, autonomous but able to work effectively with the wider team
Ability in the delivery of user-centric customer discovery

Experience in providing BIM/IM consultancy services
Experience in the application of agile delivery methodologies
Experience in a leadership role in the construction industry, championing BIM, information management, digital engineering and design
In-depth knowledge and implementation of the UK BIM Framework
In-depth experience of utilising Common Data Environments
Good knowledge of Information Management processes and standards
Good knowledge of Asset Management standards
Leadership experience, ideally in a project or programme management role
Good knowledge of digital tools (e.g., software) within the architectural/ construction industry
Understanding of the whole-life construction lifecycle from design to construction and manufacture
Understanding of the latest developments in the AEC technology ecosystem
Nice to have:
Experience in BIM/IM systems development, client advisory or management, computer scientist, civil engineers
Knowledge or interest in the engineering, architectural and/or construction sector
