Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Project Controls; responsible for management of the document controls team and function. Primary focus will be the Quality and Management of both incoming and outgoing documentation ensuring all documents are of a high standard, relevant and available to all stakeholders. Lifetime Quality Records will form a large part of the document flow on the project and will require close liaison with the quality department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Integrating with both the project delivery teams and the client’s team across the project
  • Management of the Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Maintenance of Document/Information Registers
  • Championing “The Dalkia Way” and ensuring adherence to the Project Delivery System
  • Creation and Maintenance of bespoke workflows for document governance

Requirements:

  • Degree level experience in Business Administration, Information Management or closely related discipline/experience
  • Experience of working in an integrated team over the full lifecycle of a project and ability to lead others
  • Experience in engaging with senior management and other stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Document Control Systems such as ASITE/Teamcenter/ProjectWise/Sharepoint
  • Construction Knowledge most specifically MEP
  • Management of LTQRs
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products (Specifically Word)
