Job Description:

This is a critical role focused on uplifting capability and driving contemporary change within the Information Management team. The core objective is to help transition the team's information governance to a more contemporary state, aligning with modern governance and information management standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive change management by bringing the existing team on board with new ideas
  • Manage the records functional responsibilities of Electronic Document Manage System (EDMS), including the implementation, testing and quality control of the EDMS, and audits to verify security and confidentiality of system records
  • Utilise available technology to move the needle and make the Information Management Team more effective
  • Implement changes to how information governance is managed, ensuring alignment with contemporary standards
  • Promote effective information and records management across whole of organisation, providing continuous improvements for information & records management

Requirements:

  • Strong IAM (Identity and Access Management) Experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to recommend forward-moving changes
  • A track record of influencing and engaging team members in a respectful way to foster change
  • The ability to communicate vision and strategy to uplift team capability and drive
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably a Degree or Associate Diploma with substantial experience
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of records management services
