Job Responsibility

  • Guide international and local visitors regarding store locations, promotions, and mall activities
  • Manage all customer service utilities (strollers, wheelchairs, etc.), handle the Mall call center, and oversee the critical Lost & Found procedure
  • Support Center Management by communicating with store operators, collecting sales figures via the Retail Advantage platform, and providing essential secretarial support
  • Contribute to the creation and inspection of promotional materials and monitor participation for digital media campaigns
  • Actively support all Health & Safety procedures and plans, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff
  • Handle all Gift Voucher transactions and manage the data associated with VIP & Privilege Cards.

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service or reception role
  • an Excellent Command of both English and Greek
  • an outgoing and extroverted personality, with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work shifts and weekends, and thrive under pressure.
