Job Description:

Amentum is seeking an experienced (ICT) Technician (Lenel Systems) to join our team in Alice Springs. If you are a motivated with a passion for project delivery and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you! Please note: This position is based in Alice Springs, and if you are successful, you will be required to relocate. A competitive relocation package will be provided to assist with the transition. As the (ICT) Technician Lenel, technical knowledge will be requested to support the OASIS departments when needed, you will be responsible under minimal supervision to perform periodic maintenance tasks, complete trouble failures and job orders for a range of systems managed by the Information Technology Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance work on all electronic systems maintained by IT
  • Perform planning of equipment, tools and materials needed to complete tasks
  • Undertake initial fault-finding analysis and implement solutions
  • Maintain reliable operation of all aspects of the Security system
  • Maintain, repair site electronics e.g. CATV, DVD’s and Projectors
  • Install and repair fiber optic networks associated with IT system infrastructure
  • Maintain of electronic circuits and schematic diagrams
  • Perform tasks for project efforts as required
  • Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Lenel Certified
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
  • Experience with MS Officer operating system
  • Must have an active TS/SCI w/Poly
  • Must be US Citizen
  • US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
