We are looking for a detail-oriented Information Collections Administrative Specialist I to join our team in Johnston, Iowa. In this contract role, you will focus on supporting accounts receivable processes while ensuring compliance with relevant state laws and company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in various software platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage accounts receivable tasks including reviewing invoices and processing adjustments
  • Conduct skip tracing and utilize tools like Accurint and Salesforce to locate and verify customer information
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies during collection processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving disputes
  • Maintain accurate financial notes and documentation for quality assurance purposes
  • Prepare and distribute invoice copies and related documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to support administrative functions related to contract administration
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to draft reports and maintain organized records
  • Respond to voicemail messages and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Support QA management processes by reviewing and ensuring accuracy in documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related administrative role
