Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Information Access Assistant to join our client based in Manchester City Centre. The role involves dealing with incoming queries, managing documents, handling GDPR and FOI requests, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing information.
Job Responsibility:
Dealing with all incoming queries for the department
Using the internal document management system
Dealing with all GDPR, FOI and DPA requests
Collating documents and information
Liaising with a wide range of people internally to answer information requests
Analyzing and collating statistical information
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills and knowledge of data protection and information access
Experience of relevant software and advanced Excel
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people including senior figures
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
Ability to meet deadlines
Great organisational ability and attention to detail
