Job Responsibility:

Data Analysis: Utilize SQL (Big Query, SQL server, DB2, etc) to extract and analyze data
Data Management: Perform routine data entry to support business operations
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of the attribution engine and its features
User Experience: Collaborate with engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly reporting from the Value Based Care Engine
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including, data analysts, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product vision and goals
Product Management: Involved in product management process for the value-based care attribution engine, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all product offerings comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

3+ Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
Preferred understanding of value-based care models
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus
