Key Deliverables: 1. Solution Architecture bridges IT and business: Understand how the current AS IS MDM applications are designed/implemented and fulfils the end-to-end requirements; Gather functional and non-functional, including information security requirements from the stakeholders and document such requirements; Capture & transform business requirements into Architecture Solution Requirements; Being responsible for designing and detailing MDM solution architecture & Present solutions to stakeholders; Align with IT Security directives and fulfilling the customer demands for information security; Ensure that MDM architecture, including new and existing technologies, meets standards; Resolve highly complex or ambiguous IT / MDM Solution architecture issues working with EA and other stakeholders; Support Business and IT Stakeholders with technical skills and overall MDM knowledge; Support the MDM Solution Selection process. 2. Ensure Technical Superiority of the MDM Solution: a. Design implements and detail MDM Solution architecture; b. Deliver an architecture in accordance with the EA framework that i. Aligns with Group target architecture ii. Meet the Group architectural principles iii. Comply with strategies and policies iv. Support process & solution roadmaps; c. Create architectural description including reasons for architectural decisions and considerations; d. Suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements; e. Ability to identify technical, security risks and propose mitigation actions; f. Explain and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders; g. Suggest infrastructure solutions which support the MDM architecture and performance requirement; h. Manage and oversee the technical quality aspects of the chosen MDM solution at all stages. 3. Leverage MDM COTS Solution & SI Relationship: Be the interface towards internal and global external partners during all development phases; Responsible for the overall Master & Reference Data Architecture to ensure tie Strategic view to an MVP implementation view; Ensure that the designed solution supports business policies, strategy and stakeholders’ concerns; d. Manage and oversee the technical quality aspects of the chosen MDM solution at all stages.

Requirements:

  • Have a long experience (+10 years) working with Enterprise architecture and IT architecture
  • Good experience with IT and business/ Automotive industry and of leading MDM program for a full System Development Lifecycle as MDM Solution expert
  • Good understanding of master data concepts, processes, tools including data modeling, profiling, quality assessment, integration, and data governance
  • Preferable experience of leading MDM program for a full System Development Lifecycle as a Solution Architect with any multi-domain MDM platform such as TIBCO MDM, Informatica MDM, others etc
  • Preferable experience with designing & detailing IT Solution architecture using core AWS services/ Azure cloud is extra valuable
  • Good Experience in requirement management, business communication and stakeholder management
  • Good Experience working in an agile, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment with challenging and time sensitive requirements from stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in coordination, planning, documentation, and cross functional collaboration
  • Strategic thinking and planning. Problem solving and performance driven
