Job Responsibility

  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Informatica platforms including PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and IDMC across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments
  • Monitor platform utilization, bandwidth, server performance, storage usage, and workflow execution to ensure system stability and operational efficiency
  • Analyze workload patterns and infrastructure metrics to recommend capacity adjustments and optimal hosting configurations
  • Design and maintain disaster recovery solutions and support transactional replication across data center environments
  • Collaborate with database administrators to maintain database performance, integrity, security controls, and reliable recovery procedures
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues impacting data warehouse pipelines and enterprise data integration processes
  • Manage production incidents, service requests, and operational updates through ServiceNow while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs
  • Support deployment activities, change management processes, and rollback planning while participating in CAB reviews and production release coordination
  • Provide operational reporting, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication including service reviews, escalation management, and status updates
