Infor M3 Functional Consultant

To maintain Infor M3 ERP to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time. To be SME in Infor M3 ERP and involve in Infor M3 optimisation effort. To take part in end-to-end Infor M3 project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; data table and data structure), UAT & others. To configure Infor M3 modules priotising on finance while ensuring supply chain and manufacturing integration points remain excellent. To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders. To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary. To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
