Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infor AS Application Support Analyst to provide hands-on support for our Infor AS ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of Infor AS (formerly known as Infor ERP System21/Aurora), with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, assist end-users, and collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize system performance and functionality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Infor AS ERP applications across Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data discrepancies, and user-reported errors
  • Support business users by analyzing incidents, providing solutions, or escalating to appropriate teams/vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration with third-party applications and tools
  • Monitor and manage batch jobs, interface errors, and system logs
  • Assist in testing, patching, and deployment of updates and enhancements
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and issue resolution
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on system usage and best practices

Requirements:

  • Overall IT Experience: 9-12+ Years
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Infor AS/Infor System21 ERP system
  • Strong understanding of core modules – Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing
  • Experience in user support, system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Basic understanding of RPG, CL programming, or IBM iSeries/AS400 environment
  • Knowledge of data extraction, report generation, and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with Infor upgrades, patches, or module implementations
  • Familiarity with EDI, third-party integrations, or custom enhancements in Infor AS
  • Basic SQL/querying skills for data analysis and reporting
  • ITIL or similar certification in support best practices is a plus
