Keep strong pulse & be the forefront on influencer, creator & community trends, formats, platform changes, and cultural moments relevant to beauty/skincare/derms expert
Identify, vet, and onboard a diverse roster of influencers who align with the brand's values, aesthetic, and target audience
Proactively engage with relevant communities & create interactive community activities
Manage the influencer & community briefing process
Collaborate closely with the chosen influencer marketing agency
Negotiate contracts for Key Influencers, usage rights, compensation, and ensure compliance with local advertising regulations
Analyze influencer content performance, ROI, and insights to inform future strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience specifically in influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle industry
Proven experience directly managing online & offline communities, ideally for brands or in the beauty industry
Proven ability to plan, execute and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
Experience in building and nurturing strong relationships and long-term with influencers, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders
Experience collaborating with and overseeing external influencer marketing agencies
Familiarity with negotiating influencer contracts, usage rights, and campaign deliverables
Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights
