Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new influencer partners across key social media platforms
  • Build and execute platform expansion strategies to tap into new audiences in the UK
  • Develop long-term relationships with top-performing UK creators, including performance optimization, deal structuring, and renewals
  • Lead recurring check-ins and support in-person events with creators to deepen partnerships
  • Work with the Customer Success Manager and product teams to share partner feedback and enhance the influencer experience
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve through data and insights

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or business development, ideally in sports betting, iGaming, or digital media
  • A deep passion for UK sports and online betting culture
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing impactful creator deals
  • Firsthand knowledge of influencer ecosystems across relevant social media platforms
  • An analytical mindset with performance marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
