Job Description

We are hiring an Influencer & Paid Media Specialist at a top retail company! We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and social-first Social & Influencer Associate (Contract) to support the execution of our influencer marketing and paid social programs. This role will play a critical part in helping bring campaigns to life by sourcing creators, managing content workflows, supporting influencer activations, and ensuring content is delivered and trafficked accurately across platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
  • Experience reviewing social content and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
