Job Responsibility

  • Identify, research, and recommend creators across popular social platforms
  • Support the full lifecycle of influencer campaign execution
  • Evaluate creators based on critical metrics
  • Continuously monitor creator trends and proactively surface new partnership opportunities
  • Review influencer content submissions to ensure alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices
  • Coordinate revision requests and feedback loops
  • Maintain robust content approval workflows and track asset status
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day operator for creator workflow platforms
  • Source creator content and manage creator submissions
  • Maintain campaign organization, facilitate creator communications, and ensure accurate asset tracking
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and the broader creator ecosystem trends
  • Proven experience working with influencer marketing platforms and creator tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments
  • Experience reviewing social content and providing constructive feedback effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and external partners
