As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for HoistCam, your primary role will be to identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers in industries like construction, logistics, port operations, and heavy equipment. The goal is to showcase the power of HoistCam in helping operators see beyond blind spots and how businesses benefit from increased safety and operational efficiency. You will cultivate a network of industry advocates who demonstrate how HoistCam leads to safer, more profitable equipment operations.
Job Responsibility:
Influencer Identification & Outreach: Find and engage with influencers in the construction, logistics, heavy equipment, and industrial safety spaces who can authentically advocate for HoistCam and its role in operator visibility and safety
Campaign Development: Design and execute influencer campaigns that encourage influencers to create compelling content (videos, posts, live streams) showing how HoistCam improves job site safety, reduces accidents, and increases productivity
Advocacy Creation: Collaborate with influencers to emphasize the importance of eliminating blind spots in heavy equipment operations and how HoistCam can drive both safer and more profitable outcomes for companies
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, contractors, and industry experts, ensuring that their messaging aligns with HoistCam’s mission and brand values
Content Collaboration: Guide influencers in creating educational and impactful content such as equipment demos, case studies, safety stories, and testimonials, highlighting HoistCam’s role in making operations safer and more profitable
Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track and evaluate the success of influencer campaigns, including engagement metrics (views, shares, likes, comments), reach, lead generation, and conversion rates. Regularly report results and insights to the marketing team
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from influencers and their followers about the benefits of HoistCam to continually improve marketing strategies and product messaging
Community Engagement: Foster and grow an engaged community of HoistCam advocates across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok who consistently share the value of having “eyes in the blind”
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably with B2B, construction, or heavy equipment brands
Familiarity with industries like construction, logistics, heavy equipment, or industrial safety
Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
Experience developing campaigns from outreach through execution, including content ideation, influencer management, and performance tracking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders
Analytical skills to track campaign success and deliver actionable insights
Passion for industrial safety, innovation, and technology that improves real-world outcomes for businesses
