Job Responsibility
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale
Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth
Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights
Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by data-driven decisions
Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation
Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally
Requirements
Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Korean
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies
Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach
Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers
Strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup
Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver
Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne
