Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale
  • Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth
  • Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights
  • Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by data-driven decisions
  • Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation
  • Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally

Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Korean
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies
  • Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne
