Join Metapic – Europe’s Leader in Influencer Marketing! Do you have experience working with influencers, understand the needs of e-commerce, and want to grow in data driven influencer marketing? We’re looking for you! Metapic is an innovative influencer marketing tech agency helping online stores achieve their business goals. We operate in over 15 European countries and collaborate with leading brands in fashion, beauty, and home. Now we’re expanding our team in Slovakia!

Job Responsibility:

Establish the presence of Metapic on the markets
Independently manage influencer marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients
Analyze data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
Select influencers, negotiate terms, and oversee collaborations
Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and onboard new creators
Communicate directly with clients: provide recommendations, feedback, and reports
Collaborate with international teams to grow Metapic’s platform and processes
Represent Metapic at Events: attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and alignment with client expectations
Help Shape the Future of Metapic Mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills

Requirements:

Slovák based and Slovák native speaker
+3 years of experience in Digital/Influencer Marketing industry
Has analytical skills
Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and metrics
Understands the challenges of e-commerce and has experience in affiliate marketing
Business-level English
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
