Shape the Future of Streaming: Lead Our Affiliate Strategy at KICK. You’ll be the driving force behind our affiliate program’s growth and impact. You’ll lead with confidence and creativity - identifying the right partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and empowering affiliates to amplify our reach. With your guidance, affiliates won’t just promote us - they’ll champion our brand. In this role, your influence will shape how we connect with audiences, strengthen our market presence, and achieve ambitious long-term business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the affiliate team to achieve the business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals
Identify opportunities for team expansion and propose hiring needs to meet evolving goals and demands
Develop and maintain clear processes to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration when necessary
Break down goals set by top management into actionable tasks, ensuring efficient workload distribution and process implementation within the team
Regularly track and evaluate individual team member contributions, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to top management
Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to assess progress, address concerns, and provide support
Build and nurture relationships with affiliates and KICK streamers to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on team progress, affiliate campaign performance, and overall outcomes to stakeholders
Continuously review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall team performance
Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with partners and affiliates
Analyse affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate

Requirements:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing or in the live-streaming space
Strong background in analysing campaign performance and optimising to meet KPIs
Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create reports and actionable insights
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product and Design
Passion for the live-streaming industry with experience working with live-streaming platforms

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms
Cryptocurrency knowledge
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
