We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager (Creative Review & Campaign Management) to oversee and evaluate large-scale influencer campaigns with a focus on Micro and Mid-Tier partnerships. This role will be pivotal in ensuring influencer content meets brand standards, resonates with diverse audiences, and achieves performance goals across high-volume activations. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, deep knowledge of influencer marketing, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Review and approve influencer content, ensuring creative alignment and campaign objectives
Partner with influencers, agencies, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep campaigns on track
Track engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness to drive optimization
Partner with marketing managers and organic social teams to align campaign execution with strategy
Work closely with agency partners to streamline creative review processes
Deliver clear updates, flag issues, and maintain transparency with all stakeholders
Ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly with creative that drives audience impact
Monitor influencer content delivery, campaign milestones, and provide end-of-campaign reporting
Identify and implement process improvements for handling large-scale influencer activations efficiently
Requirements:
5+ years in influencer marketing with strong creative judgment
Experience reviewing influencer content and managing high-volume campaigns
Knowledge of influencer tiers (Micro, Mid, Macro, Celebrity) and their role in brand strategy
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
