Job Description:

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll support the execution of our influencer and creator marketing efforts, helping bring our brand story to life through authentic partnerships and engaging content. You’ll assist in identifying, coordinating, and managing influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, spark audience engagement, and support broader marketing initiatives with the goal of educating and entertaining.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help manage and clean house within key influencer marketing databases like Tribe Dynamics
  • Compile and analyze influencer performance data and campaign metrics
  • Assist the Influencer Marketing Manager in executing VIP influencer gifting strategy (packing mailers, organizing special one-off gifts, shipping out boxes, etc.)
  • Manage product seeding logistics, including gifting, shipping, and tracking deliveries
  • Research and source new influencer partners aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • In particular, identify promising Gen Z and Gen Alpha creators that align with Tower 28’s brand mission and identity
  • Track influencer posts, stories, and coverage for live campaigns, events, and gifting initiatives
  • Support influencer event logistics and planning
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and community events, such as fitness partnerships and other pop ups
  • Support the creation of influencer briefs and communication materials

Requirements:

  • Current junior or senior year undergraduate student studying marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Thoroughly engaged with TikTok and familiar with trending sounds, hashtags, etc
  • Strong understanding of beauty and skincare creator landscape, with an eye for GenZ and Gen Alpha talent
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive + motivated individual that gets energy from a fast-paced startup environment
  • A highly detail-oriented taskmaster who loves a good checklist + challenge
  • Loves to collaborate with others and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for clean beauty, inclusivity, and sustainable practices
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and open to being hybrid
  • Internship dates may be flexible but should be available for a minimum of 8 weeks between the end of May and August
  • This job may have physical demands as necessitated by the execution of set-up and take-down of IRL events, etc. Applicants should be prepared to lift up to 20 lbs and remain on their feet for extended periods

  • Liaise with YouTube Creative and Publishing teams to track and manage influencer content strategy calendars, budgets, and production schedules to ensure content delivers as required and on time to fulfill Digital Marketing plans
  • Lead influencer/creator discovery to understand YouTube and general creator landscape and trends. Utilize deep influencer/YouTube knowledge to drive strategic partnerships and custom content deals that create impactful brand marketing moments
  • Liaise with Legal and Contingent Workforce Management teams to engage and contract influencers according to TWDC hiring and legal policies
  • Confirm creative strategy/approach, deliverables, content requirements, and timelines for each custom influencer content piece
  • Route content to brand, legal, and clearances stakeholders, consolidate feedback and revisions, and deliver final assets in requested specifications to YouTube teams for distribution. Manage content launch on influencer handles (if applicable)
