We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of creator and influencer programs across social, digital marketing, brand, and paid media channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring influencer campaigns, activations, and brand moments run smoothly, on time, and to standard. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone eager to grow their career in influencer, social, and creator marketing. You’ll support day-to-day coordination, logistics, asset management, and reporting while collaborating closely with internal teams and external creators in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of influencer and content creator initiatives across social, digital, brand, and paid media channels
Coordinate influencer logistics and workflows, including onboarding, schedules, itineraries, access needs, and experience alignment
Assist with creative operations such as briefs, content guidelines, timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and final asset delivery
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for influencers, supporting communication around logistics, timelines, and expectations
Set up and manage affiliate links, tracking URLs, and influencer perks, ensuring accuracy and documentation
Track deliverables, posting schedules, and live content to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
Review and quality-check influencer content for brand alignment, accessibility standards, and platform best practices
Support performance tracking and reporting using platform analytics and dashboards
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns by maintaining timelines, checklists, trackers, and documentation
Maintain organized influencer asset libraries, including usage rights and version control
Partner cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Paid Media, and other teams to support smooth campaign execution
Contribute to improving influencer workflows, templates, and processes
Support pre-campaign communications to influencers, ensuring aligned messaging across teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content coordination, or digital marketing
Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and Pinterest
Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or performance tracking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to grow in influencer marketing
