We are working with a leading social media and digital agency in Dubai who are looking to appoint an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role within the social division, responsible for leading and delivering influencer-led campaigns across a portfolio of regional and international clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, manage and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients
  • Develop influencer strategies aligned to client objectives and campaign KPIs
  • Identify, engage and manage relationships with relevant influencers across the GCC and wider MENA region
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables and budgets with influencers and talent managers
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality and brand alignment are met
  • Work closely with internal social, creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Stay up to date with influencer trends, platforms and best practices in the region

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (essential)
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a social media, digital or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of the GCC influencer and creator landscape
  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
  • Strong client servicing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Quarterly Planning: Lead the quarterly planning process for promotional activities, taking into account business priorities, partner objectives, past performance of promotions, and market trends to proactively identify future growth opportunities.
