Job Description:

The Speak Taiwan team is looking for a Marketing Associate (Contract) to help us scale our influencer marketing efforts as we grow into the #1 language learning solution. You’ll be working alongside a talented team of local and global marketers to keep our creative engine running—turning ideas into campaigns and creators into brand partners. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, creative, and excited to take ownership of the behind-the-scenes magic that brings great marketing to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and love the idea of helping a product that people truly love reach even more learners, this might be for you. This is a 6 month contract position, working in hybrid model based in Taipei City.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute influencer marketing campaigns initiatives
  • Research, identify, and pitch creators for campaigns, and manage communications, timelines, and deliverables
  • Own the end-to-end creator workflow - including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, payment coordination, and relationship management.
  • Work directly with creators to co-develop high-quality content: provide briefs, align on messaging, review drafts, and ensure the final output reflects our brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Draft, refine, and QC influencer scripts to ensure clarity, authenticity, and strong call-to-action.
  • Track campaign performance and share key insights with the team
  • Help adapt influencer content into high-performing ad creatives

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or junior marketer with relevant experience in marketing, influencer management, or similar roles
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin + business-level proficiency in English
  • Strong sense of ownership and execution—able to efficiently manage daily marketing tasks with precision
  • Strong sense of responsibility to maintain productivity in a remote work setting, with the flexibility to meet in-person at least twice a week
  • A great communicator and collaborator, across both local and global teams
  • Creative instincts with strong copywriting or content editing skills

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the Taiwanese influencer ecosystem is a big plus!
  • Internship or work experience in a start-up or fast-paced company environment
  • A degree, major, or demonstrated interest in marketing or related fields
