Requirements:

Curate Strategic Influencer Lists: Build and maintain high-quality, segmented lists of influencers tailored to specific campaign needs, brand objectives, and content verticals
Trend & Talent Discovery: Stay consistently ahead of social trends, platform shifts, viral content, and emerging creators
Vertical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge in key content categories
Database: Use our internal influencer database efficiently to identify the best talent
Influencer Outreach (Off-Platform): Conduct proactive outreach to influencers not yet on the platform via email, DMs, or agency contacts
Cultural Relevance: Track and anticipate cultural moments and offer influencer suggestions aligned with what’s currently resonating with audiences
Negotiate and quote influencer rates to secure the most competitive pricing for each campaign
Post job openings and screen applicants to find the best fit for the brand
Lives and breathes creator culture
Has a strong intuition for talent and what makes a creator a great brand fit
Can balance data, gut, and cultural awareness to curate high-converting lists
Is detail-oriented, organized, and great at managing multiple briefs at once
Brings a positive, proactive attitude and thrives in high-speed, collaborative teams
Is bilingual (English & Spanish) and deeply familiar with U.S. and LatAm markets
