We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, acting as the bridge between sellers, influencers, and brands. This role is perfect for someone with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of creator dynamics, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or timelines. Requirements

  • Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale — from kickoff to final report
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers
  • Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Take full ownership of: Timeline coordination, Influencer slating, Draft review and verification, Ensuring full completion of deliverables, Acting as the voice of the influencer throughout the process
  • Deliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategy
  • Stay updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and what's going viral
  • Negotiate influencer rates and understand estimated budgets
  • Track and optimize campaign budgets
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions
  • Stay organized and manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel
  • Gather all required inputs (e.g., shipping addresses, product info, payment details)
  • Collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign performance reporting
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments and gets things done under pressure
  • Brings structure, clarity, and ownership to every campaign
  • Understands the nuances of creator and client communication
  • Is obsessed with details, timelines, and quality

  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns via the Noiz platform: craft outreach emails, vet creators for fit, monitor live content for compliance and brand safety
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders: prepare reports, share updates, participate in calls, gather feedback
  • Conduct large‑scale creator outreach (200+ creators): manage responses, follow‑up, pricing negotiations, contract stages
  • Build and maintain creator databases segmented by platform (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick), genre, audience demographics, engagement metrics
  • Lead all Social media objectives, including expansion of social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms. Posting engaging content to calendars, promoting Noiz campaigns and continuous monthly spotlight initiatives
  • Research emerging games, platforms and creator trends
  • contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement and virality
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and help shape processes—not just follow them
  • Play Snail Games USA’s titles during development cycles to determine player audience profile, selection, and influencer strategy
