Requirements:
Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale — from kickoff to final report
Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers
Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously
Take full ownership of: Timeline coordination, Influencer slating, Draft review and verification, Ensuring full completion of deliverables, Acting as the voice of the influencer throughout the process
Deliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategy
Stay updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and what's going viral
Negotiate influencer rates and understand estimated budgets
Track and optimize campaign budgets
Monitor deliverables and ensure high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and campaign goals
Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions
Stay organized and manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel
