Job Responsibility:
Campaign Strategist: Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies and partnerships aligned with client goals (reach, engagement, conversions)
Relationship Maestro: Build and manage strong relationships with influencers/ambassadors, adeptly negotiating deals and overseeing content creation
Data Detective: Monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for optimal outcomes
Content Connoisseur: Leverage UGC (user-generated content) to create compelling, ad-ready content for clients' paid marketing efforts
Trend Tracker: Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure strategies are cutting-edge
Team Catalyst: Collaborate with internal teams (community managers, strategists) to align influencer selection and campaign deliverables with strategic goals

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success in both agency and client-side environments
Expertise in developing and executing impactful influencer outreach campaigns
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
