We’re looking for a Influencer & Creator Management Associate to lead and grow the influencer and creator proposition for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, creator-first strategies that deliver impact across paid and organic channels. With a deep understanding of influencer marketing, content performance, and creator partnerships, you’ll work at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce to help brands drive fame, engagement, and measurable outcomes. This is a pivotal role in our Social & Influencer team, where you’ll work closely with creative, paid media, PR, content, and client teams to deliver integrated work. From strategy and sourcing to contracting, approvals, content delivery, and reporting, you’ll own the end-to-end management of creator campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll report into the Social & Influencer Partner and collaborate with our design studio, client services, and project teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns, from strategy and sourcing through to approvals, content delivery, amplification, and reporting
Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and talent agents to maintain a high-quality, diverse, and relevant network of partners
Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, and approvals in collaboration with legal and client teams
Develop and pitch creator-first content strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand tone, and campaign objectives
Identify the right creators based on audience insights, cultural alignment, and performance history — ensuring relevance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with paid social and creative teams to integrate creator content into paid amplification strategies, delivering performance-driven outcomes
Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and internet moments to proactively surface creative opportunities and talent recommendations
Work with the Social & Influencer Partner to develop scalable creator-led campaign frameworks and reusable models across clients
Contribute to influencer/creator reporting — analysing performance across metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and sentiment
Guide creators through the briefing, creative direction, and feedback process — ensuring high-quality output and brand-safe delivery
Manage content calendars and timelines for creator-led campaigns across clients
Support the agency’s ambition of delivering communications that are culturally relevant, performance-led, and creatively brave
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator management — preferably within an agency or creative-led environment
Confident and articulate when leading client conversations and championing creator strategies
Well-versed in creator contracts, licensing, and usage rights
Deeply immersed in social and creator culture — always spotting new trends, formats, and talent
Passionate about creativity and storytelling, and confident giving creative feedback to creators and partners
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously
Results-driven, with experience using data and insights to inform talent selection, creative iteration, and campaign optimisation
Strong and engaging communication style — comfortable presenting ideas internally and externally
Nice to have:
Experience using influencer platforms like Tagger, CreatorIQ, or In Da Hash
Familiarity with CX tools like Sprout, Sprinklr, or Brandwatch for listening, performance, or engagement tracking
Ability to develop and present strategy decks, storyboards, and talent proposals
Experience working closely with PR, social media, paid media, or creative teams in an integrated agency setup
Understanding of social compliance, ASA/CAP guidelines, and brand safety considerations
A positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude, with the drive to push ideas and campaigns to the next level
