We’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator to lead and support a team of Campaign Managers in the flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll act as the key operational link between strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. From reviewing deliverables and maintaining brand standards to coaching the team and tracking performance, you’ll play a critical role in driving excellence and client satisfaction across every campaign.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support a team of Campaign Managers in the flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Act as the key operational link between strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals
Review deliverables and maintain brand standards
Coach the team and track performance
Drive excellence and client satisfaction across every campaign
Requirements:
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget requirements
Team Leadership: Experience coaching, guiding, and giving feedback to team members to drive performance
Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, especially within the US-Hispanic market
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Quality Assurance: Eye for detail when reviewing content and ensuring brand alignment across deliverables
Data & Reporting: Ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and surface insights for continuous improvement
Trend Awareness: Passionate about staying ahead of trends and scouting relevant talent within specific verticals
Workflow Optimization: Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and developing scalable processes
Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across cross-functional teams with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
