We’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator to lead and support a team of Campaign Managers in the flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll act as the key operational link between strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. From reviewing deliverables and maintaining brand standards to coaching the team and tracking performance, you’ll play a critical role in driving excellence and client satisfaction across every campaign.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget requirements

  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, especially within the US-Hispanic market
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Data & Reporting: Ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and surface insights for continuous improvement
