Job Responsibility:
Owning and evolving the influencer marketing strategy across organic and paid activity
Building a network of high-impact creators and developing long-term, authentic partnerships
Leading end-to-end campaigns from idea and briefing through to execution, amplification and analysis
Managing and developing an Influencer Marketing Executive, helping raise the bar on output and creativity
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer activity is fully integrated into wider campaigns
Requirements:
Experience in influencer or creator marketing (brand or agency side)
A proven ability to build campaigns that don't just perform but get noticed
Strong instinct for talent knowing who's right for the brand before the data proves it
Excellent relationship builder, confident managing creators, agents and internal stakeholders
Deep understanding of social platforms, culture and what makes content travel
Someone who brings energy, ideas and a point of view not just execution
