We’re looking for a structured, strategic, and execution-focused Influence Manager to help us scale our influencer marketing operations across multiple accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing campaigns from sourcing and negotiation to performance reporting and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Head of Influence and cross-department stakeholders (Performance, Creative, CRM) to ensure that influencer activations are timely, high-impact, and fully aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships, performance, and process.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Execution & Strategy Translation: lead the execution of influencer campaigns, from gifting, paid collaborations, and performance-driven activations
ensure that all campaign briefs, approval processes, and timelines are respected and optimised for impact
Influencer Relationship Management & Sourcing: own the sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and management of influencer relationships
ensure all collaborations are strategic, scalable, and performance-aligned
Performance Insight & Optimisation: track KPIS such as EMV, engagement, conversions, and ROI
develop insight-led strategies to improve results and lower acquisition costs
Team Leadership & Workflow Management: manage Influence Coordinators
drive internal process improvements
implement scalable workflows for campaign tracking, creator onboarding, and reporting
Innovation & Market Awareness: stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends, and market shifts
test new models and embed best practices
Client Communication & Strategic Alignment: be the point of contact for your brands
share strategic updates, performance insights, and campaign recommendations
ensure all client-facing communication reflects a clear understanding of brand goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or growth-focused environment
strong operational discipline
excellent communication and relationship management skills
understanding of what makes a creator perform and how to build systems around that insight
experience managing relationship building across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
comfortable working across functions, aligning with Creative and Paid Media teams
fluent in the tools of structure: Asana, spreadsheets, CRMS, and influencer databases
