Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers
Lead responsive, age-appropriate activities and play-based experiences using curriculum 'Learning Beyond Paper'
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and collaborate closely with teaching team
Support social-emotional growth, language development, and foundational skills through everyday routines and interactions

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a licensed center
High school diploma or GED required
Willingness to grow professionally
Patient, creative, and enthusiastic individuals who love working with young children

Nice to have:

ECE related degree
CDA
PATCH qualifications
